Week Three: Website experimentation

After deciding on what template we wanted to use and alter to suite our vision for our website we began to have a play around with putting our own video and titles/body copy in to get a feel for what we were working with. 


During this experimentation we ran into a problem when trying to put our own video in, we found the in the template the video in the html was "filename_mp4" 

whereas our was "filename_MOV" 


so when we put our video into the html it didn't recognise the format and didn't work. We then found out that we needed to export all of our videos into either mp4 or og. We did this through exporting the videos in premiere pro with the format of h.264 

After exporting the video and making sure that it was now an mp4, we then put it into the html and it worked, where our video then played in the background of the website like the templates did.
